4Racing is led by an executive team with experience across racing operations, finance, technology, compliance and commercial partnerships — and governed by a Board that sets the strategic direction of the group. Executive team
The day-to-day leadership of the group.
Chief Executive Officer
Overall leadership of 4Racing, accountable to the Board for strategy, performance and the group's long-term direction across all four racecourses.
Chief Financial Officer
Financial leadership across the group — planning, reporting, audit and capital — and responsible for the integrity of 4Racing's financial statements.
Chief Operating Officer
Day-to-day operational leadership across the group's four racecourses, the training facilities and supporting functions.
Chief Racing Officer
The racing programme, relationships with trainers, jockeys and owners, and the integrity of every meeting run under the 4Racing banner.
Chief Technology Officer
Digital platforms, data, cybersecurity and the technology investments that modernise how racing is run and experienced.
Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
Regulatory compliance, risk management, responsible gambling oversight and the group's relationships with provincial regulators.
Governance
A Board accountable to our stakeholders.
4Racing's Board sets the group's strategic direction and oversees its operations, with committees covering audit, risk, remuneration and responsible gambling. The Board is composed of executive and non-executive directors, with the balance of independence appropriate to a regulated operator of our scale.
