The Bold Silvano Room is Fairview’s third-floor signature hospitality space — a Gatsby-inspired venue with rich green elements, plush pink accents and elegant détailing throughout. The suite seats up to 300 guests, with additional space on the smoking deck overlooking the home straight and the parade ring. Food is à la carte. The room has dedicated tote and bar facilities, AV capabilities, and the standards of any premium private venue on the Eastern Cape coast — corporate race days, private parties, weddings and brand activations all find their stage here.
The room is named for Bold Silvano — bred at Ascot Stud in Port Elizabeth, trained at Fairview by Gavin Smith, and the winner of the 2010 Vodacom Durban July under Mike de Kock. A horse with deep Eastern Cape roots who reached the top of South African racing. Naming the signature Fairview suite after him keeps that link visible to anyone who walks through the door.

Bold Silvano sits inside Fairview's grandstand — the same Eastern Cape stage that hosts the Algoa Cup, the East Cape Derby, the Port Elizabeth Gold Cup and Fairview's year-round Twilight programme. The atmosphere is curated: a generous room with its own service team, direct line of sight to the winning post, and the full theatre of a Fairview card unfolding beyond the glass. On non-race days the same room transforms into one of Gqeberha's most distinctive corporate, wedding and event spaces.
