How do I find today’s racing?
Visit the Racing Today page for cards, form and live-streaming via our official partner TAB.
How do I book a hospitality suite or attend a raceday?
Booking and hospitality enquiries go through our central reservations team. Email [email protected] or call +27 (0) 11 681 1500.
How do I contact 4Racing about a media or press request?
Media and press enquiries can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Media enquiry”. Please include your publication and deadline so we can direct the request appropriately.
I’m new to racing — where do I start?
The racing glossary covers the language of the sport, and the feature racedays page introduces the signature meetings of the year. For a first-time visitor guide to what to expect on the day, our racing hub is the best starting point.
How do I bet on a race?
Betting is handled through our official partner TAB. You can find cards, odds and live coverage on the Racing Today page, or register directly with TAB. If you are new to betting, the betting page explains the main bet types.
Where can I find the rules of South African horse racing?
The National Horseracing Authority is the body responsible for the rules and integrity of South African racing. Links to the NHA and to the provincial gambling regulators are listed on our Partnerships page.
How do I find information about a specific trainer?
Individual trainer websites are listed in the trainer directory section below. You can also contact the trainer’s stable directly through their own channels, or reach us and we will help you route the enquiry.
How do I apply to become a horse owner?
Our Membership page covers the ownership pathway, from syndicates and partnerships to sole ownership. For a direct conversation, get in touch.
I need support with gambling. Where do I go?

South African thoroughbred trainers operate under the licensing and oversight of the National Horseracing Authority. This page maintains a directory of trainer websites on request — including links to individual trainers' websites, stable contact details and primary home courses.
