Do I have to own a horse to join?

No. While 4Racing Membership has a clear home for existing and aspiring owners, it is also built for racing fans who want a closer connection to the sport — without needing a horse in training.

Is there a tier for younger members?

Yes. A dedicated under-40 tier is in the plan, designed around the social, cultural and community side of the sport. Benefits and pricing will be confirmed before launch.

Does membership cover all 4Racing venues?

Membership is designed to work across our racecourses — Turffontein, Fairview and the Vaal — with some benefits shaped by each venue’s character and programme.

I’m a member of another racing club. Will that be recognised?

We are working through the detail of recognition and crossover with established racing clubs and associations. If you’re a current member of another club, register your interest and we’ll keep you updated directly.

I want to become a horse owner. Where do I start?

Ownership can begin in many ways — sole ownership, partnerships, or syndicates that let several people share a horse. Our team can point you toward the right trainers, breeders and advisors to take the first step. Get in touch and we’ll help you plan the right route.
